5. Pre-Orders
Some products may be available as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order:

Estimated delivery is 35–55 days, depending on manufacturing and shipment timelines.

Delays may occur due to customs, factory schedules, or shipping logistics.

Pre-order payments secure your reservation and assist in importing stock.
GoAble™ will keep you updated and notify you when your order is ready for delivery or collection.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary by location. GoAble™ partners with trusted couriers.
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by couriers, customs, or inclement weather

Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Missed deliveries or uncollected parcels
Customers will receive tracking details once shipped.
7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty (CPA-Compliant)
7.1. Returns (7-day cooling-off under ECTA)
If you purchased online, you may cancel and return the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and parts are included
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

8. Warranty
All products include a 6-month statutory warranty under CPA, and additional manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Warranty does not cover:

Misuse or overloading

Unauthorized repairs or tampering
Customers must provide proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, GoAble™ is not liable for:
