GoAble™ Shipping Policy (South Africa)

At GoAble™, we are committed to delivering mobility devices safely, efficiently, and transparently to all customers across South Africa. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and handled, including pre-orders, custom imports, and domestic delivery.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa, including:

  • Major cities & metros

  • Towns and regional areas

  • Rural and farm areas (may require additional time)

Deliveries outside major metros may take longer depending on courier accessibility.

2. Delivery Timeframes

2.1 In-Stock Products

For items currently in South Africa:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days (location dependent)

You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once dispatched.

2.2 Pre-Order Products (Imported Stock)

Some GoAble™ products—such as mobility scooters, wheelchair clip-ons, and special-order items—are supplied via pre-order.

For pre-orders:

  • Average manufacturing & export time: 20–30 days

  • Sea freight transit time: 15–20 days

  • Customs clearance & local delivery: 5–10 days

Total estimated timeframe: ±45 days (subject to supplier, shipping line & customs delays).

Important Notes for Pre-Orders:

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to international transport factors beyond our control.

  • Customers will receive regular progress updates (production, dispatch, customs, SA arrival).

  • If delays occur, GoAble™ will notify you promptly.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary based on:

  • Product size & weight

  • Delivery location

  • Courier rates at the time of dispatch

Standard scooters and devices:
R150 – R850 (depending on region)

Large or heavy mobility devices:
R850 – R1,500 (nationwide)

Shipping fees will always be displayed at checkout or quoted prior to payment.

4. Courier Partners

We use trusted national couriers such as:

  • The Courier Guy

  • RAM

  • MDS Collivery

  • Fastway

  • Berco Express

A tracking number will be issued once the parcel is handed to the courier.

5. Order Tracking

Customers can track their order using:

  • The tracking link sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp

  • Courier website tracking pages

6. Delivery Requirements

Upon delivery:

  • Please inspect the packaging for visible damage.

  • Report any issues or damages to GoAble™ within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A signature or OTP may be required to confirm receipt.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship:

  • Outside South Africa (unless arranged privately)

  • To PO Boxes or postal addresses

  • Dangerous or prohibited goods not compliant with transport regulations

8. Damages During Shipping

If an item arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours

  2. Provide photos or video of damage

  3. We will arrange an inspection or return depending on the situation

GoAble™ will work directly with the courier to resolve the claim.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information:

  • Re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

10. Lost or Missing Parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit:

  • GoAble™ will conduct a full investigation with the courier

  • If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued

  • Investigations usually take 5–10 working days

11. Collection Option (If Offered)

If available, collection can be arranged by appointment only from:
